Breathing space Being a full time parent

This captures a moment of calmness in a whirlwind of activity, fire and air, earth and fire, they we’re charging round as “ninjas”.

A few seconds of stillness and their off again, completely absorbed by the present.

Being in nature harmomies energies, children and adults alike feel more centred. In nature its an opportunity for us to find our stillness .... a walk in a park, a stroll by the sea, yoga in the woods. Can you find a place to breath in the air, become enchanted by your surroundings, your places of beauty, of wonder. Yoga as if know one watches you!!

If your parent with little ones try running down a hill together, Laughing when you get caught out in the rain, being absorbed by the wonder of life. We can get stressed in a western society, sometimes we can forget how to be, how to see the world around us. Theres something magical about being a parent, and in Yoga we try to be in the present moment to feel connected to our seconds. The cleaning, tidying are always there, find that stillness , awareness in daily tasks. When it gets to rushed take a walk outside and look at the sky and all the different details and breathe, fully and deeply.
